• Advanced knowledge of hospital and professional revenue cycle operations.
• Strong Epic revenue cycle experience including chargemaster management.
• Ability to evaluate workflows and turn findings into recommendations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for financial impact.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Revenue Integrity resource for assigned clinical service lines.
• Review chargemaster, Epic configuration, charge capture logic, and billing processes.
• Maintain Epic chargemaster content and related coding workflows.
• Perform end-to-end assessments of scheduling, documentation, charge capture, and billing.
• Identify root causes of missed or incorrect charges and recommend actions.
• Improve workflows and system configuration with cross-functional teams.
• Analyze data to identify trends, underpayments, and revenue opportunities.
• Monitor changes and measure results for sustained improvements.
• Support or lead Revenue Integrity assessments for new programs and services.
• Stay current with federal/state regulations and payer requirements.
