Duke Health is seeking a Revenue Integrity Analyst to support the Charge Description Master (CDM) team. This 100% remote role focuses on reviewing pre-bill accounts flagged by Epic Revenue Guardian edits and entering missing HB charges based on documentation.

You will use analytical skills to identify corrections and drive strategies to reduce revenue leakage. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, a CPC/CCS/RHIA/RHIT certification, and 3 years in coding, charge capture or related analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Three years of coding-related experience is required; charge capture and analytics preferred.
• Coding certification (CPC/CCS/RHIA/RHIT) is required.
• Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid regulations and payer rules.

Responsabilités

• Conduct quality control audits to ensure data integrity and track accounts for Revenue Guardian edits.
• Serve as subject matter expert on Revenue Integrity for leadership.
• Prepare monthly reports and presentations for clinical departments and Revenue Manager teams.
• Collaborate with health team to ensure complete documentation and education strategies.
• Review charges and payments for accuracy with contracted payers and manage appeals.
• Identify revenue gains through reporting tools and support charge capture optimization.
