Job summary

Tegria is seeking an Associate Revenue Integrity Analyst to audit billing, analyze findings, and drive resolution to prevent revenue leakage across customer projects. The role provides application support and reports financial impacts tied to audits and KPIs.

You will perform routine data audits, validate CRM inputs, align PSA data with contracts, and develop dashboards to measure performance. Collaboration with accounting and IT is essential to implement corrective actions and improve processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or Accounting (or equivalent).
• 2–4 years’ experience in operational/financial analysis or related field.
• Proven financial analysis skills and knowledge of statistics.
• Experience with Excel, SPSS, SAS or similar statistical packages.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine financial data audits to ensure billing accuracy and revenue integrity.
• Validate CRM opportunity hygiene and data inputs.
• Audit PSA data alignment with contracts and design audits/controls.
