Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare-related field or four years of direct revenue cycle experience required.
• Certified Revenue Cycle, Coding, or Billing certifications preferred (e.g., CPC, CCS, CRCR, CHFP).

Responsibilities

• Identify revenue leakage, charge capture opportunities, and reimbursement optimization initiatives.
• Perform data analysis, auditing and reporting to monitor revenue integrity.
• Collaborate with operational departments and Chargemaster Coordinators to ensure accurate documentation, charging and reimbursement.
• Support revenue performance monitoring, audit activities, and process improvement across the health system.
