Qualifications

• 5 to 8+ years in Commercial Enablement or Sales Readiness.
• Proven ability to translate GTM strategy into practical enablement.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with sales, marketing, and product.

Responsibilities

• Own enablement plan from intake to adoption and measurement.
• Partner with CROs and sales leaders to close performance gaps.
• Design practical workshops, coaching, and certification programs.
• Lead field readiness for launches and portfolio updates.
