Jobgether is seeking a Senior Manager, Revenue Cycle Strategy for a nationwide remote position in the United States. You will drive strategic revenue cycle initiatives, oversee performance improvement projects, and lead cross-functional teams to enhance revenue integrity and financial performance.

The role requires 5+ years in revenue cycle management, 2+ years in leadership, and strong analytics with Excel/Tableau/Power BI experience. Master’s degree and CRCR/CHFP/CPA/PMP are preferred.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 5 years in revenue cycle management or related healthcare operations.
• Minimum 2 years in a leadership/supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of revenue cycle operations, collections and denials.
• Able to translate data into actionable, data-driven solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead revenue cycle initiatives from discovery through implementation.
• Perform operational assessments using KPIs and dashboards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to align strategies.
• Design change management programs and staff training.
• Monitor ROI and provide data-driven recommendations to leadership.
