North American Partners in Anesthesia is seeking a Manager of Revenue Cycle Services to oversee AR teams, drive performance, and improve collections. This remote role supports efficient payer communications, denial mitigation, and process improvements across the revenue cycle.

The position requires 5+ years in Revenue Cycle Management and 1–3 years of supervisory experience, with CPC/CCS-P preferred and strong Excel/Office skills. Remote work with preferred US locations is offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management.
• 1–3 years of supervisory or management experience.
• CPC or CCS-P certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead AR staff hiring, onboarding, and training.
• Oversee daily AR processes and ensure timely follow-up.
• Review account adjustments and workflow escalations.
• Collaborate with leadership and other departments to improve efficiency.
