Qualifications

• 5+ years in revenue cycle management or related healthcare operations.
• 2+ years in leadership, supervision, or team lead roles.
• Strong knowledge of revenue cycle operations, performance improvement, and denial prevention.
• Proficient in Excel, Tableau, and Power BI for monitoring performance.
• Experience with electronic health record systems; Epic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead revenue cycle initiatives from discovery through implementation.
• Conduct operational reviews, KPI dashboards, and performance analyses.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to align revenue strategies with org goals.
• Design and implement change management plans and staff training.
• Monitor project milestones, ROI, and financial outcomes; report to leadership.
