Job summary

Jobgether is partnering to recruit a Director/Senior Director of Revenue Cycle Management in the United States. The role leads a virtual pediatric healthcare RevOps function, overseeing payer contracting, billing accuracy, denials, collections, and reconciliation.

You will build and manage a scalable RevOps team, collaborate with Finance, Credentialing, Patient Support, and Product, and drive data-driven improvements across systems and processes. Remote work within the United States is supported.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years in revenue cycle management with leadership experience
• Experience in payer contracting and denials management
• Strong analytics to drive operational improvements

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the RevOps team and set scalable priorities
• Define payer contracting strategy and lifecycle management
• Oversee billing operations, filing accuracy, and clean-claim rates
• Own denials management with root-cause analysis and remediation
• Drive cross-functional processes to address denial drivers at source
• Manage remittance and financial reconciliation against contracts
• Oversee collections and AR management for healthy cash flow
• Partner with Finance on month-end close and AR reporting
• Translate billing data into actionable recommendations for stakeholders
• Improve processes, tools, and documentation for audit readiness
