• Review Athenahealth worklists and determine resolutions based on payment activity.
• Investigate unapplied, misapplied, unidentified, and unallocated payments and take corrective action.
• Verify deposits and reconcile payment activity using bank and payer portals and reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, payers to resolve account issues and support audits and process improvements.
