Job summary

Premise Health Inc. is hiring a Part Time Revenue Cycle Management Analyst to enhance payment posting, reconciliation, billing, and credit balances. The role includes analyzing reports, monitoring queues, QA reviews, and collaborating with vendors and internal teams.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience), at least 3 years in revenue cycle, and strong analytical and communication skills. This remote position offers flexible hours and part-time benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or experience in lieu of degree.
• Minimum 3 years Revenue Cycle experience.
• Ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions.
• Knowledge of revenue cycle principles and patient accounting processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently to meet goals.
• Experience with practice management systems.
• Strong organizational and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction for payment posting, billing, and credit balance services with internal and external teams.
• Analyze Revenue Cycle reports, workflows, and processes.
• Assess RCM application systems and recommend optimizations.
• Support teammates in troubleshooting Revenue Cycle problems.
• Identify and report Revenue Cycle trends affecting reimbursement.
• Ensure timely posting, balancing, and reconciliation of all payments.
• Oversee daily clearinghouse reports and unbilled claims tracking.
• Research and resolve credit balances.
• Process and monitor electronic remittance files.
