Job summary

Cedars Sinai in Minnesota is seeking a Revenue Cycle Specialist II to support Patient Financial Services with claims resubmission, follow-up, and data updates, working with payors and internal teams to ensure timely billing.

Requires a high school diploma or GED, 2+ years hospital billing/collections experience, English proficiency, and familiarity with Medicare/ Medi-Cal payors. Emdeon and CS-Link experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum two years hospital billing/collections experience; four+ preferred.
• Good English communication.
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medi-Cal and other payors a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review and resubmit claims to third party payors.
• Perform account follow-up and data updates.
• Maintain documentation and follow payment timelines.
• Cross-train in revenue cycle functions as needed.
