Job summary

Cedars-Sinai in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Revenue Cycle Specialist II to join Patient Financial Services. Under general supervision, you will review and resubmit claims, perform account follow-up, and ensure billing data accuracy within payor contracts and CS-Link systems.

The role requires strong customer service, analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work independently and handle high-volume workloads in a fast-paced environment. Prior hospital billing experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years' hospital or professional billing/collections experience required; four years' experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write, understand and speak English effectively.
• Experience with Medicare, Medi-Cal and other commercial payors a plus.
• Basic computer/navigation skills; MS Office, Web/Vs, Emdeon and CS-Link preferred.
• HIPAA and privacy guidelines understanding preferred.

Responsibilities

• Update information on accounts and ensure data accuracy.
• Adhere to billing timelines and department policies.
