Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
• Epic certification within 1 year and ongoing maintenance.
• 6 years of healthcare experience or revenue cycle technology support.
• Experience with clinical and operational processes analysis and improvement.
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Guides, advises and mentors Optimization analysts; SME of procedures and applications.
• Identifies, maps, analyzes and improves clinical and operational processes.
• Develops test plans and conducts unit/integration tests for clinical/operational functions.
• Facilitates smooth software transitions and system utilization improvements.
• Translates user requirements into functional design specifications; reviews with users.
