• Strong understanding of EHR systems and revenue cycle tech.
• Experience optimizing workflows in healthcare to develop scalable processes.
• Proven leadership and team development skills.
• Ability to engage clinicians, finance, IT, and revenue cycle teams across departments.
• Strong problem-solving skills with deadlines and high accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations within assigned function, ensuring team performance aligns with organizational and regulatory expectations.
• Identify, implement, and monitor process improvements to enhance efficiency, productivity, and accuracy across the Mid-Revenue Cycle.
• Ensure compliance with laws and confidentiality of patient records; elevate concerns as necessary.
• Track and analyze KPIs to assess operational effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
• Leverage healthcare technology to optimize workflows and data accuracy.
• Serve as liaison between Mid-Revenue Cycle and other departments to enable cross-functional collaboration.
• Supervise and develop team members with coaching, training, and performance evaluations.
• Monitor quality standards, address operational challenges, and implement corrective actions.
