MEDHOST, a division of Harris, seeks a Manager, Account Follow-Up Services to lead and shape a strategic, high‑performing team dedicated to improving financial health and client relationships across the revenue cycle.

The role combines leadership and analytics to reduce denials, shorten AR days, and optimize cash collections while supporting remote teams and occasional travel to the Tennessee office.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in account management or revenue cycle management

Responsibilities

• Lead Your Team – guide and develop a high‑performing team, set goals, review performance, and foster ownership across all teams including remote ones.
• Improve Processes – optimize revenue cycle workflows, standardize processes, identify risks, and manage multiple projects.
• Analyze Performance – use data to track metrics, generate reports, and advise senior leaders and clients on denial rates, AR days, aging, and cash collections.
• Manage Clients & Partners – serve as main contact and trusted advisor for clients, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, resolve complex issues, ensure satisfaction.
• Ensure Compliance – follow regulations and best practices to protect operations and client trust, with healthcare compliance focus.
• Stay Current – monitor industry trends and new rules to maintain competitiveness.
