Job summary

MEDHOST, a division of Harris, seeks a Manager, Account Follow-Up Services who is experienced, strategic, and able to lead the team. This role will help improve financial health, build client relationships, and enhance the revenue cycle.

The position is remote in the United States with occasional travel to our Tennessee office (10–20% per year) for client meetings and team events, contributing to cross-functional collaboration and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent in business/finance.
• 5+ years in account management or revenue cycle work; leadership experience preferred.
• Knowledge of RCM steps, payer operations, and healthcare regulations.
• Familiarity with CPT/ICD-10/HCPCS and HIPAA/CMS rules.
• Experience with EHR/PM systems (Epic, Cerner, Athena, eClinicalWorks).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team with clear goals and accountability.
• Improve revenue cycle processes and standardize client account management.
• Analyze performance data; report insights to senior leaders and clients.
• Serve as main contact for clients; foster cross-functional collaboration.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and best-practice operations.
• Stay current with industry trends and technological advancements.
