Job summary

MEDHOST, a division of Harris, is seeking a Manager, Account Follow-Up Services to lead a strategic team focused on improving financial health and client relationships. This remote role in the United States requires occasional travel to our Tennessee office (10-20% per year) for meetings and events.

Salary ranges from 70K to 90K with comprehensive benefits. You will guide the team, standardize revenue cycle processes, and leverage data to improve key metrics such as denials and cash collections.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years in account management with 2 in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of all RCM steps and payer operations.
• Familiarity with CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS codes and medical coding rules.
• Understanding of HIPAA, CMS, and payer regulations.
• Experience with EHR/PM systems such as Epic, Cerner, Athena, eClinicalWorks.
• Proven success leading hospital RCM operations and managing performance.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
• Analytical and data-driven problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team, set goals, and drive ownership across remote and in-office members.
• Improve revenue cycle processes and standardize workflows.
• Use data to track metrics, generate reports, and advise senior leaders and clients.
• Serve as main client contact and trusted advisor for accounts.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and industry best practices.
• Stay current with industry trends and technology.
