Job summary

OpsArmy is seeking a Senior ABA Revenue Cycle / Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage end-to-end RCM and AR processes in a remote role with US hours. The ideal candidate will handle high-volume claims, investigate denials, pursue payer follow-ups, and improve billing workflows with a strong ABA billing background.

Responsibilities include denial management, process improvement, and ensuring payer compliance.

Qualifications

• Substantial healthcare RCM and AR experience.
• Direct ABA billing experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of claim denials, resubmissions, and follow-ups.
• Familiarity with ABA billing rules and concurrent supervision restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day RCM and high-volume AR operations.
• Investigate denied/aging claims and pursue payer follow-ups.
• Correct billing errors and resubmit claims as needed.
• Identify denial patterns and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with RCM team and own workload end-to-end.
