Job summary

Physicians Revenue Group Inc is seeking a Revenue Cycle Manager to oversee end-to-end RCM operations for physician group clients. You will optimize financial performance, manage proposals and performance improvements, and ensure payer/compliance alignment while coordinating with internal teams.

You will lead client meetings, present dashboards, and drive initiatives to reduce denials and increase net collection rates across multiple specialties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• MBA, MHA or related advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
• 6+ years in client-facing roles (account management, client services, consulting).
• Experience with physician group billing or healthcare revenue cycle environments.
• Experience with RCM platforms such as Athena, eClinicalWorks, Epic, or similar systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned physician group clients regarding RCM services.
• Manage day-to-day client communications, issue resolution, and escalation of Revenue Cycle concerns.
• Analyze client revenue cycle performance and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• Identify trends in denials, underpayments, claim rejections, and billing inefficiencies and coordinate corrective actions.
• Develop, monitor, and report on KPIs aligned with client goals and financial targets.
• Oversee and support revenue cycle workflows including eligibility, charge capture, coding, billing, payment posting, and collections.
• Lead regular client meetings, including Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to translate evolving needs into revenue cycle strategies.
