Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years in healthcare revenue cycle services; 3+ years in leadership.
• Experience with multiple EHR systems (MEDHOST, Oracle/Cerner, Meditech or EPIC).
• Proven client relationship skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop frontline managers, team leads, and staff across revenue cycle functions.
• Oversee day-to-day operations to meet performance standards and service levels.
• Promote accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure accurate billing, cash posting, collections, AR follow-up, and denial management.
• Track KPIs and prepare dashboards for leadership and clients.
