Job summary

SGA Dental Partners is seeking a Revenue Cycle Analyst to support reporting, analytics, and data integrity across the revenue cycle function. You will extract data from practice management systems, validate outputs, and help standardize KPI definitions to drive data-driven decisions.

Join a team partnering with IT and BI to develop dashboards and insights, ensuring accuracy and alignment between operational data and reporting. Remote work is eligible for multiple states.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, revenue cycle operations, or related healthcare/dental analytics roles.
• Strong understanding of revenue cycle workflows and key performance metrics.
• Experience with practice management systems such as Denticon, Dentrix, Eaglesoft, and/or Open Dental.
• Experience with Power BI or similar business intelligence tools.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data manipulation).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Extracts and compiles data from PMS to support reporting needs.
• Pulls ad hoc and recurring reports for leadership and operations.
• Partner with leadership to define reporting needs, KPI requirements, and performance tracking.
• Support design and refinement of dashboards and reporting outputs with Power BI.
• Validate outputs against source data to ensure accuracy.
• Identify gaps in reporting and propose enhancements for visibility.
