Job summary

SGA Dental Partners is seeking a Revenue Cycle Analyst to support reporting, analytics, and data integrity across the revenue cycle. You will work with Revenue Cycle leadership and the BI team to ensure accurate, actionable reporting across PMS and finance systems.

The role involves extracting data from PMS (Denticon, Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental), validating outputs, and developing standardized metrics to enable data-driven decisions. Remote work is eligible for many US states.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or healthcare analytics.
• Experience with practice management systems (PMS) like Denticon, Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or Open Dental.
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data manipulation).
• Experience with Power BI or similar BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Extract and compile data from PMS to support operational and leadership reporting.
• Pull ad hoc and recurring reports to support leadership, Finance, and Operations.
• Define reporting needs, KPIs, and performance tracking methods with leadership.
• Support design and refinement of dashboards with BI teams.
• Validate and audit Power BI reports against source data for accuracy.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies between reporting systems and source data.
• Standardize KPI definitions and reporting methodologies across teams.
• Document reporting logic, data sources, and metric definitions.
