Job summary

Parallon is seeking a Manager of Strategic Workflow Optimization to drive operational efficiencies in centralized allocations within the HCA Healthcare network. The role involves end-to-end workflow optimization from business case to automation implementation, with a focus on revenue cycle improvements and stakeholder alignment.

The successful candidate will have a quantitative mindset, strong analytical and presentation skills, and experience with RPA tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Statistics/Analytics, Information Science, Engineering or similar field of study.
• 2-3 years of relevant work experience, preferably with Parallon.
• Hands-on experience with RPA or Automation tools strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical, written, and presentation skills and the application of quantitative analysis techniques as applied in a revenue cycle environment.
• Six Sigma experience preferred.
• Experience within healthcare operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Shadow and learn various revenue cycle job functions in order to determine potential workflow enhancements.
• Develop, coordinate and follow through on team ideas and solutions.
• Assess the complexity of business problems to determine the effort required for process design of automation engagements.
• Understand stakeholder’s roadmaps and provide automation solutions to achieve business goals.
• Develops and designs automations aimed at: improving the customer experience, reducing errors, reducing expenses, increasing revenues and creating capacity.
• Conduct design study processes; developing implementation plans; and supporting the process of implementing and sustaining improvements.
• Write business cases regarding idea proposals.
