Ideal candidates have 2+ years in anesthesia billing or revenue cycle mgmt, strong data interpretation skills, and experience with healthcare billing systems.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of professional experience in anesthesia billing or revenue cycle management.
• Solid understanding of anesthesia revenue cycle operations including billing, collections, and follow-up workflows.
• Experience with ASA, CPT, and ICD-10 coding systems.

Responsabilités

• Monitor accounts receivable performance to support timely collection of insurance and patient payments.
• Analyze payment trends, denials, and aging reports to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
• Support AR Managers in implementing and reinforcing revenue cycle protocols and workflows.
• Collaborate with outsourced AR teams to align with internal processes and performance standards.
• Prepare and distribute AR status reports and payment trend summaries for leadership.
