Qualifications

• Three (3) Years of work-related experience in medical claims and follow-up.
• Experience with revenue cycle analytics and denial prevention.
• Knowledge of Epic systems and healthcare billing practices.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert across the organization and establish revenue cycle analytics to mitigate leakage.
• Lead denial prevention initiatives and ensure compliance with policy and regulatory requirements.
• Lead and drive revenue maximization projects with leadership and care sites.
• Participate in process re-engineering, projects and committees to improve the efficiency of the business.
