Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert to establish revenue cycle analytics and process improvement.
• Lead denial prevention initiatives and ensure compliance with policies.
• Drive revenue maximization projects with leadership and care sites.
• Participate in process re-engineering and committees to boost efficiency.
• Identify system and process improvements to maximize revenue streams.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement action plans.
• Provide recommendations to RSC Management on efficiency improvements.
• Meet or exceed department standards and goals.
