Job summary

University of Washington is seeking an Automation Analyst 3 to drive Robotic Process Automation initiatives within UW Medicine IT Services. You will partner with project managers, analysts, and stakeholders to design and implement UiPath-based automation solutions that improve efficiency and service delivery.

The role requires a strong background in business analysis, IT processes, and healthcare information systems, with a focus on delivering high-quality products on time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent combination of education/experience.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on RPA.
• Experience defining scope, gathering requirements, cost/benefit analysis, and business process re-engineering.
• Ability to use quantitative and qualitative methods to document end-user and business owner requirements.
• Strong customer service orientation with partnerships and on-time delivery.
• Experience in process improvement and standards development.
• Ability to lead cross-functional groups to implement projects.
• Knowledge of Agile/Lean/Kanban/ITIL/Waterfall methodologies.
• Understanding of healthcare clinical and administrative information systems.

Responsibilities

• Work with Project Managers, Technical Analysts, and customers to ensure automation solutions meet needs.
• Collaborate to develop and implement strategic initiatives for efficiency and productivity automations.
• Promote UW Medicine’s growth with Robotic Process Automations (RPAs).
• Analyze business processes, identify automation opportunities, and design UiPath solutions with stakeholders.
• Communicate responsibilities and expectations to project teams.
• Manage daily work assignments and resolve issues, risks, and decisions.
• Ensure quality deliverables and outcomes.
