Job summary

MMC, based in Ridgefield, CT, is seeking a Revenue Systems Analyst to support the regional revenue team from a remote US-based location. You will drive daily and weekly reporting, pricing, systems, and channel-management tasks to sustain the property’s revenue strategy.

You will own the analytics cadence, rate-shop the comp set, manage packages, and coordinate rate/demand information across properties, flagging risks to leadership as needed.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in hotel revenue management, reservations, or analytics.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to manage large recurring data pulls.
• Familiarity with Marriott systems (One Yield, HPP, Bonvoy) and STR benchmarking.

Responsibilities

• Pull daily pickup reports and monitor pace against target.
• Rate-shop the comp set and audit rates for upcoming periods.
• Produce and consolidate revenue/pace reports for multiple properties.
• Monitor STR data and manage rate loading across systems.
• Coordinate packages, promotions, and OTA rate integrity.
