Job summary

Affirm is seeking an experienced analytics engineer to join the Revenue Analytics team. You will develop scalable data products, own data modeling, metrics, dashboards, governance, and AI enablement across the Revenue organization.

You will lead complex, ambiguous projects, define scope, and deliver durable technical solutions while mentoring analysts and partnering with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in analytics engineering, BI, data engineering, or similar

Responsibilities

• Lead high-impact data product initiatives for Revenue from problem definition to rollout.
• Advance AI initiatives within the Revenue data ecosystem and establish semantic, metadata, evaluation foundations.
• Design and build durable data products powering revenue operations and reporting.
• Set technical direction for Revenue's data layer including dbt models, metrics, semantics, documentation, and governance.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, automate, and scale Revenue Analytics through improved data architecture and tooling.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to analysts and cross-functional partners.
