Job summary

Premier Health is seeking a Revenue Analyst to monitor, analyze, and report on gross revenue and ensure the integrity of the Hospital CDM. This 100% remote role collaborates with the Chargemaster team and IT for system updates, focusing on pricing and annual rate increases in line with payor regulations.

The candidate will provide education to department leaders on CDM issues, perform ad-hoc analyses, and support workflow improvements in collaboration with IT.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 3-5 years’ experience in lieu of education
• Hospital CDM experience strongly preferred
• Hospital/healthcare analyst experience strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Monitor, analyze, and report on gross revenue and maintain integrity of the Hospital CDM
• Provide advanced analytical and technical support within the Chargemaster team and assist in pricing and rate structure updates
• Design and implement charge capture/billing workflow improvements; act as core team member with IT for system updates
• Provide ad-hoc revenue and variance analyses as requested; educate department leaders on CDM issues
