Job summary

CyberSearch is seeking a Charge Review Specialist to ensure the integrity of hospital billing processes.

This role requires extensive knowledge in medical coding and compliance, along with a minimum of five years experience in CDM maintenance. The position is remote, allowing sourcing nationwide, and includes responsibilities such as analyzing charge workflows and monitoring billing exceptions.

Applicants should possess either an Associate’s Degree with relevant experience or a GED with additional extensive experience in healthcare revenue cycles.

Qualifications

• Five years of direct CDM maintenance experience with an associate's degree.
• Seven years of general healthcare revenue cycle experience.
• Eight years of direct CDM maintenance experience with a high school diploma.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all CDM requests for charge code adjustments.
• Monitor and resolve Epic charge review work queues.
• Coordinate with Information Systems for charge code implementation.
• Analyze pricing alignment based on vendor strategies.
• Research regulations to ensure billing compliance.
• Implement innovative strategies for team productivity.
