Jobgether SRL is seeking a Revenue Accounting Manager based in the United States to oversee revenue recognition across billing and finance systems, ensuring accuracy and strengthening controls in a fast-paced, remote environment.

This role partners with Finance, Revenue Cycle, Product, and Technology to drive reporting, forecasting, and process improvements using Excel, SQL, and Power BI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in revenue accounting, finance, or closely related functions.
• Strong knowledge of ASC 606 revenue recognition principles.
• Ability to translate complex accounting issues into practical conclusions.
• Experience in high-tech, software, healthcare technology, or data-heavy environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for revenue accounting questions and reporting.
• Manage revenue recognition activities for the consolidated business, including monthly entries and GL reconciliations.
• Automate and improve revenue/AR reporting using Excel, SQL, and Power BI.
• Reconcile charges and collections across billing, EHR, accounting and banking systems.
• Develop and improve revenue accounting processes, controls, and policies.
• Review payer contracts for revenue recognition implications.
• Monitor AR days outstanding and collaborate with Revenue Cycle teams.
