Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
• CRC designation preferred.
• Experience in vocational evaluation or return-to-work programs is a plus.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Determines objective, medically supported work restrictions for claims.
• Facilitates RTW efforts through negotiation with client, providers and claimants.
• Maintains adherence to medical, legal and accreditation standards in communications.
• Losters contacts with employers for necessary job site information and accommodations.
• Prepares reports documenting results and progress.
