Sedgwick Claims Management Services Ltd. is seeking a Return-to-Work Specialist to negotiate, facilitate, and monitor successful return-to-work for claimants.

This remote role supports injured employees across various clients and emphasizes flexible, autonomous work arrangements. The ideal candidate has a medical/clinical or rehabilitation background, with a Bachelor's degree preferred and CRC designation preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
• Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Determine objective, medically supported work restrictions for assigned claims.
• Facilitate return-to-work efforts through negotiation with client, treatment provider and claimant; complete vocational/RTW documentation.
• Adhere to medical and legal regulations; maintain accurate written reports.
