Job summary

Zenith American Solutions is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to serve as a technical liaison for Retirement Benefits Operations and Technical Operations. You will collect and analyze data, write requirements, maintain documentation, perform testing, and prepare reporting while cultivating strong internal and external relationships.

Some remote work may be available in a dynamic, client-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Two years as a Business Systems Analyst or two years in a benefit administration environment with technical expertise.
• Experience with group Retirement Plans, especially Defined Benefit Plans.
• Strong working knowledge of Excel, SharePoint, Smartsheet, and Microsoft Suite.
• Understanding of database systems and applications.
• Collaborative, accountable, proactive, and able to coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze programming changes and test accuracy of modifications.
• Test changes due to bug fixes, enhancements, development and upgrades.
• Collaborate with programmers, operations and external vendors to ensure quality output.
• Provide technical support, training and problem resolution to end users.
• Design and evaluate reports, queries, data and procedures, including scheduling of reports.
• Analyze data files, identify trends, and work with operations to improve client experience.
• Write requirements for software changes and coordinate with vendors and operations.
• Represent RB Operations and Tech Operations on projects for client implementations, including requirements and testing.
• Document system and client support processes and maintain workflows and docs.
• Maintain strong internal and external relationships to advance client experience.
