Responsibilities

• Processes retirement benefit applications and verifies information.
• Responds to inquiries from participants, beneficiaries, and unions.
• Determines benefit eligibility and requests documentation as needed.
• Initiates correspondence regarding account information and benefits.
• Performs data entry and updates information in systems.
• Assists with special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
