Responsibilities include handling routine requests, coordinating with the Retirement team, and ensuring compliance with regulatory rules. Strong communication and a high school diploma or equivalent are required.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal/written communication skills.
• Associate's degree in Business or equivalent preferred.
• MUST have High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day client contact for participants.
• Provide guidance on retirement provisions and client needs.
• Collaborate with Retirement team on complex issues.
• Research and respond to inquiries with accurate information.
