Job summary

Equitable is seeking a Retirement Solutions Specialist to join our Group Retirement team, delivering concierge-level support to advisors and their clients. The role emphasizes proactive outreach, education, and data-driven insights to boost retirement readiness and asset retention.

The position offers a remote schedule aligned with Pacific hours, with periodic in-person visits as needed. The base salary is $60,000 and is eligible for variable compensation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant professional work experience.
• FINRA Series 6 and 63, active upon hire.
• Life, Health, and Variable licenses, active or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
• 2+ years professional experience in a sales support or client-facing role within financial services.

Responsibilities

• Engage clients through outbound calls, email, and other approved channels to discuss retirement savings and contribution activity.
• Proactively connect with clients who paused contributions to understand, educate, and help restart contributions.
• Identify opportunities to increase retirement plan contributions and educate on long-term impact.
• Provide dedicated support to assigned advisors and their clients, acting as an extension of the advisor’s practice.
• Partner with advisors to identify opportunities within existing books of business and connect clients back to their advisor.
• Educate clients on retirement savings concepts, plan features, and the importance of consistent long-term savings.
