Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years of sales experience in retirement services.
• Strong understanding of retirement plan structures and compliance.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% overnight within territory.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new opportunities and collaborate with existing leads.
• Build relationships with Advisors, Attorneys, and CPAs to drive sales.
• Conduct consultations to understand retirement plan needs.
• Deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients.

Skills
