Job summary

CPS, Inc. is seeking a Retirement Services Sales Consultant to expand our client base in the retirement plan space.

This remote role focuses on selling our TPA services to Advisors, Attorneys, CPAs, and other intermediaries, leveraging ERISA expertise to tailor solutions for plans ranging from startups to $100M+ in assets. You will collaborate with leads, deliver presentations and proposals, manage opportunities in the CRM, and report on sales performance while enjoying flexible remote work and

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of retirement plan structures, compliance, and ERISA matters.
• Experience selling retirement services or TPA offerings to financial intermediaries.
• Ability to communicate complex retirement concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with existing leads and actively prospect for new opportunities within the defined territory.
• Develop and maintain relationships with Advisors, Attorneys, CPAs, and other intermediaries to drive sales growth.
• Conduct thorough consultations with potential clients to understand retirement plan needs and demonstrate the value of TPA services.
• Leverage ERISA expertise to provide consultative guidance ensuring client plans are compliant and optimized.
• Articulate retirement concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
• Tailor solutions to meet client needs within the target market of up to $100M+ in assets.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotes to potential clients.
• Utilize CRM tools to track and manage leads and sales activities.
• Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance and market trends.
