CPS, Inc. is seeking a Retirement Services Sales Consultant to drive revenue growth by selling our TPA services to advisors, attorneys, and CPAs across a national remote territory.

The role focuses on leveraging ERISA knowledge to analyze retirement plan needs, present compelling proposals, and close opportunities for clients with assets from $0 to $100M+. Remote work offers scheduling flexibility while maintaining a high-performance sales cadence.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of ERISA and retirement plans.
• Ability to consult with Advisors, Attorneys, CPAs, and other intermediaries.
• Excellent prospecting and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with existing leads and prospect for new opportunities within defined territory.
• Develop and maintain relationships with Advisors, Attorneys, CPAs, and other intermediaries to drive sales growth.
• Conduct thorough consultations to understand retirement plan needs and demonstrate value of TPA services.
• Provide consultative guidance on ERISA matters to ensure plans are compliant and optimized.
• Present complex retirement concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Tailor solutions for clients with assets in the $0 - $100M+ range.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotes to potential clients.
• Utilize CRM tools to track leads and sales activities.
• Provide regular reports on sales performance and market trends.
