Job summary

CPS, Inc. is seeking a Retirement Services Sales Consultant to drive growth by selling our TPA services to retirement plan sponsors. This remote role leverages your ERISA expertise to consult with Advisors, Attorneys, CPAs, and other intermediaries.

You will prospect within a defined territory, build strong relationships, and deliver tailored proposals. Use CRM to manage leads, opportunities, and forecasts. The position offers flexible scheduling and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of ERISA regulations and retirement plans.
• Proven ability to consult with Advisors, Attorneys and CPAs.
• Ability to articulate complex retirement concepts to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with existing leads and prospect for new opportunities within the defined territory.
• Develop and maintain relationships with Advisors, Attorneys, CPAs, and other intermediaries to drive sales growth.
• Conduct thorough consultations to understand retirement plan needs and demonstrate the value of TPA services.
