CPS, Inc. is seeking a Retirement Services Sales Consultant to drive revenue through remote selling of our TPA services.

You will leverage your ERISA expertise to consult Advisors, Attorneys, CPAs, and other stakeholders, translating complex plan concepts into clear value propositions. The role involves prospecting from existing leads, presenting proposals, and managing opportunities in a CRM, with a target market of $0–$100M+ in assets.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with existing leads and actively prospect for new opportunities within the defined territory.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with Advisors, Attorneys, CPAs, and other intermediaries to drive sales growth.
• Conduct thorough consultations with potential clients to understand their retirement plan needs and demonstrate the value of our TPA services.
• Leverage your technical expertise in ERISA matters to provide consultative guidance and ensure client plans are compliant and optimized.
• Articulate complex retirement plan concepts in a clear and persuasive manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborate with the internal team to tailor solutions that meet the unique needs of clients within the target market of $0 - $100M+ in assets.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and quotes to potential clients.
• Utilize CRM tools to track and manage leads, opportunities, and sales activities.
• Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, forecasts, and market trends.
