Job summary

TCWGlobal is seeking a Client Service Representative to support clients using our Document Compliance Services for retirement plan documents. This W2 contract role is remote in the USA, offering weekly pay and benefits, and focuses on answering questions and guiding clients through document compliance processes.

You’ll manage multiple client requests, document communications, and work with other teams to resolve issues while maintaining privacy and accuracy.

Qualifications

• A two-year degree or equivalent work experience.
• Previous customer service and account management experience.
• Comfortable working with computers and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Problem-solving mindset and willingness to research issues.
• Discretion with confidential information.
• Willingness to learn about qualified retirement plans.
• Ability to work extended hours when needed.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client questions by phone and email within established timelines.
• Help clients understand plan documents and guide them through compliance processes.
• Support creation, fulfillment, and delivery of retirement plan document packages.
• Take ownership of client questions and follow through until resolution.
• Make outbound calls to gather missing information or clarify client needs.
• Collaborate with other teams to research and resolve client issues.
• Document verbal and written client communications in the systems accurately.
• Manage multiple client requests, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Review information to identify discrepancies and recommend solutions.
• Follow audit, privacy, and security procedures to protect confidential information.
• Maintain accuracy and quality standards, including call quality metrics.
• Educate clients on document compliance and next steps.
• Identify opportunities for additional services and communicate to managers.
