Job summary

TCWGlobal is seeking a Client Service Representative (Retirement Plans) on a remote US contract to support client questions about retirement plan documents and assist with the creation, completion, and delivery of qualified plan document packages.

You will respond to inquiries by phone and email, guide clients through compliance steps, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate, timely delivery while protecting confidential information.

Qualifications

• A two-year degree or equivalent work experience.
• Previous customer service and account management experience.
• Comfortable working with computers and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with clients and employees.
• A problem-solving mindset and willingness to research issues until resolved.
• Comfortable working within established processes, especially with confidential information.
• Willingness to learn about qualified retirement plans and document compliance.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client questions by phone and email within established timelines.
• Guide clients through plan documents and compliance processes.
• Assist with creation, fulfillment, and delivery of retirement plan document packages.
• Own client questions and resolve issues, communicating outcomes to clients.
• Make outbound calls to gather missing information or clarify needs.
• Collaborate with other teams to research and resolve client issues.
• Document client communications accurately in the systems.
• Manage multiple requests and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Identify discrepancies and suggest solutions.
• Follow audit, privacy, and security procedures to protect confidential data.
• Educate clients on document compliance and next steps.
• Identify opportunities for additional services.
