Corebridge Financial is seeking a Retirement Plan Consultant to provide objective guidance aligned with plan sponsors and employees. The role includes delivering presentations, participating in education campaigns, and supporting plan reviews. A bonus is possible based on metrics and client satisfaction.

The position requires licenses (Series 7/66, state licenses) or designations (CFP/ChFC) with strong presentation skills. Remote work is available; travel up to 25% may be needed.

Qualifications

• Series 7, Series 66 licenses required or preferred.
• Licensing and CFP/ChFC designations desirable.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; HS diploma acceptable.
• Excellent presentation skills are essential.
• Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group presentations to educate on plan features and grow plan assets.
• Participate in benefit fairs and new employee orientations.
• Contribute to annual plan review and financial education planning.
• Support Education campaigns to increase participation and deferral rates.
• Educate participants and employees on plan participation.
• Travel may be required depending on territory.
