Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in investment sales, financial planning, or a related advisory role.
• FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses preferred; Series 7 and 63 required, with the ability to obtain the Series 65 or 66 within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Educate and support workplace retirement plan participants.
• Guide participants through employer-sponsored retirement plans and investment strategies.
• Conduct needs-based conversations to identify goals and opportunities for retirement asset consolidation.
• Collaborate with TEMPA team for complex planning needs and enhance participant outcomes.
