Fidelity’s TEMPA team seeks a Retirement Planner to educate and support workplace participants on retirement readiness and plan options. You will guide participants through employer-sponsored plans, explain benefits, and tailor investment strategies to individual goals.

The role emphasizes needs-based conversations, asset growth, and collaboration with colleagues to deliver exceptional client service and long-term loyalty.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in investment sales, financial planning, or a related advisory role.
• FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses preferred; Series 7 and 63 required, with the ability to obtain the Series 65 or 66 within 90 days of hire.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, economic conditions, and industry trends.
• Excellent consultative, influencing, and communication skills with the ability to build trust and drive client engagement.
• Demonstrated initiative and a proactive approach to identifying client needs and opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Educate and support workplace retirement plan participants on retirement readiness and savings goals.
• Guide participants through employer-sponsored retirement plans, including plan benefits and investment strategies.
• Conduct needs-based conversations to identify goals and opportunities for asset consolidation and growth.
• Collaborate with TEMPA team for more complex planning needs and to enhance participant outcomes.
