Job summary

DWC, a retirement services provider, seeks a Retirement Plan Specialist to manage client relationships and deliver exceptional service across 401(k), 403(b), and 457 plans. You will coordinate client meetings, track issues, and provide updates and analytics to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Role requires 3–5 years in client relationship management within retirement services, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of client relationship management experience in retirement industry.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.
• QKA, QPA preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of 401(k), 403(b) and/or 457 plans.
• Experience coordinating and running client meetings in person and virtually.

Responsibilities

• Serve as single point of contact for all client requests.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients and advisors for long-term engagement.
• Participate in meetings, trainings, and self-development activities.
• Assist with high-volume periods or low staffing situations.
• Coordinate information with RPC and internal teams to support client needs.
• Prepare materials for client calls and follow up on action items.
• Provide periodic client updates and basic analytics.
